]]> අභියෝග පරදමින් කර්මාන්ත ක්ෂේත්‍රය දියුණු කිරීමට කාලය පැමිණ තිබෙනවා. - අගමැති දිනේෂ් ගුණවර්ධන --------------------------------------අභියෝගවලට මුහුණ දෙමින් කර්මාන්ත ක්ෂේත්‍රය දියුණු කිරීමට කාලය පැමිණ තිබෙන බව අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය දිනේෂ් ගුණවර්ධන මහතා පවසයි. අග්‍රාමාත්‍යවරයා මෙසේ පැවසුවේ " Industry 2023 " ජාතික කර්මාන්ත ප්‍රදර්ශනයේ සමාරම්භක අවස්ථාට සහභාගි වෙමිනි. අපනයන කේන්ද්‍රීය ආර්ථිකයක් බිහිකිරීම අරමුණුකරගනිමින් දේශීය කර්මාන්තකරුවන් ශක්තිමත් කිරීම උදෙසා කර්මාන්ත අමාත්‍යාංශය , ලංකා කාර්මික සංවර්ධන මණ්ඩලය හා එක්ව අමාත්‍යාංශය යටතේ ක්‍රියාත්මක වන අනෙකුත් ආයතන , වෙනත් රජයේ ආයතන හා පෞද්ගලික අංශයේ සහයෝගීතාවයෙන් සංවිධානය කළ " Industry 2023 " ජාතික කර්මාන්ත ප්‍රදර්ශනය කොළඹ සිරිමාවෝ බණ්ඩාරණායක ප්‍රදර්ශණ ශාලාවේදී අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය දිනේෂ් ගුණවර්ධන මහතාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් අද (22) උදෑසන විවෘත විය. ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ සමස්ථ කර්මාන්ත ක්ෂේත්‍රයම ආවරණය වන පරිදි නිෂ්පාදන අංශ 20 ම නියෝජනය කරමින් ක්ෂුද්‍ර, සුළු පරිමාණ, මධ්‍ය පරිමාණ හා මහා පරිමාණ කර්මාන්තකරුවන් සම්බන්ධ කර ගනිමින් පවත්වන මෙම දැවැන්ත ප්‍රදර්ශණය ප්‍රදර්ශණ කුටි 750 කින් සමන්විත වේ. කර්මාන්තකරුවන් දිරි ගැන්වීම, කර්මාන්ත සඳහා නව තාක්ෂණය හදුන්වාදීම, නවෝත්පදන දිරි ගැන්වීම, වෙළඳපළ අවස්ථා උදාකර දීම, දේශිය හා විදේශීය ව්‍යවසායකයින්, සැපයුම්කරුවන්, ගැණුම්කරුවන් යන සියඑදෙනා ඒකරාශී කර ගැනීම, නව කර්මාන්ත වලට විශාල අවකාශයක් නිර්මාණය කර ගැනීමටත් මෙම ජාතික ප්‍රදර්ශණය මඟින් අවස්ථාව උදාවනු ඇත. තවද තරුණ හා කාන්තා ව්‍යවසායකත්වය වැඩි කිරීමටත් , අගය එකතුකළ නිෂ්පාදන ප්‍රමාණය වැඩිකිරීමටත් මේ තුළින් අවස්ථාව උදාවේ. මෙම අවස්ථාවේදී අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය දිනේෂ් ගුණවර්ධන මහතා අදහස් දක්වමින් ප්‍රකාශ කළේ, අභියෝග වලට මුහුණ දෙමින් කර්මාන්ත ක්ෂේත්‍රය දියුණු කිරීමට කාලය පැමිණ ඇති බවත්, කර්මාන්තකරුවන් දේශිය වෙළඳපලින් එළියට ගමන්කර ජ්‍යාත්‍යන්තර තරඟකාරීත්වයට මුහුණදිය යුතු බවත් එහිදී රජයක් ලෙස කර්මාන්තවලට මෙන්ම කර්මාන්තකරුවන්ට අවශ්‍ය ආරක්ෂාව ලබාදීමට සූදානම් බවත්ය. මෙහිදී අදහස් දක්වමින් කර්මාන්ත හා වැවිලි කර්මාන්ත අමාත්‍ය වෛද්‍ය රමේෂ් පතිරණ මහතා, ඉතාමත් අර්බුදකාරී කාලවකවානුවක් පසුකරමින් වුවද ඉතිහාසයේ ඉහලම අපනයන ආදායම ඉපයීමට 2021 /2022 වසර වලදී හැකිවූ බවත් මෙවැනි දිරිගැන්විම් තුළින් දේශීය ව්‍යවසායකත්වය වැඩිකර ඉලක්කගත අපනයන ආදායම් කරා ලඟා විය හැකි බවත් පැවසීය. එසේම ජාතික කර්මාන්ත දිනය සමරන අද වැනි දිනෙක ව්‍යවසායකයින් ශක්තිමත් කරන මෙවැනි දැවැන්ත ජාතික ප්‍රදර්ශණයක් පැවැත්වීමට හැකිවීම පිළිබඳව සතුටු වන බවද අමාත්‍යවරයා වැඩිදුරටත් පැවසීය. කුඩා හා මධ්‍ය පරිමාණ ව්‍යවසාය සංවර්ධන රාජ්‍ය අමාත්‍ය ප්‍රසන්න රණවීර මහතා හා ප්‍රාථමික කර්මාන්ත රාජ්‍ය අමාත්‍ය චාමර සම්පත් දසනායක මහතාද මෙම අවස්ථාවේදී අදහස් දැක්වීය. ජාතික කර්මාන්ත දිනයට සමගාමීව කර්මාන්ත අරමුදල ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමත්, සමරු මුද්දරයක් නිකුත් කිරීමද අග්‍රාමාත්‍යවරයාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් ප්‍රදර්ශණ භූමියේදී සිදුකෙරින. මෙම අවස්ථාවට රාජ්‍ය අමාත්‍ය ශාන්ත බණ්ඩාර, පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රීවරුන්, විදේශ තානාපතිවරුන්, කර්මාන්ත අමාත්‍යාංශයේ ලේකම් තිලකා ජයසුන්දර, වැවිලි කර්මාන්ත අමාත්‍යාංශයේ ලේකම් ජානක ධර්මකීර්ති, තැපැල්පති රුවන් සත් කුමාර , රාජ්‍ය නිලධාරීන්, ව්‍යවසායකයින්, පුද්ගලික අංශයේ නිලධාරීන් ඇතුළු විශාල පිරික් සහභාගි වූහ.
