header_2_font=&#8221;||||||||&#8221; header_2_text_align=&#8221;left&#8221; header_2_text_color=&#8221;gcid-ea218e66-7b0d-4a73-8a18-3f11e872ebf3&#8243; header_2_line_height=&#8221;1.4em&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{%22gcid-ea218e66-7b0d-4a73-8a18-3f11e872ebf3%22:%91%22header_2_text_color%22%93}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The Industrial Development Board, the Ministry of Industry, and the Ministry of Education are jointly implementing the national program of establishing school industry entrepreneurship circles to empower the student generation for industrial entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n<p>Initiating entrepreneurship circles at the school level will go a long way in moving the country towards an export-oriented manufacturing economy.<\/p>\n<h2>Objectives of the project<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Directing schools to socialize a generation of entrepreneurship-oriented students who can actively and effectively contribute to national production.<\/li>\n<li>Building an entrepreneurial culture and mentality in the country which is necessary for creating industries and new creations.<\/li>\n<li>Bringing into the society through schools a job creator who provides solutions to the country&#8217;s problems, not a person who studies with the expectation of employment.<\/li>\n<li>Acquiring entrepreneurial skills to provide the ability to function successfully in any individual role in society.<\/li>\n<li>To produce a self -reliant Sri Lankan who can respond to the challenges and turn it into a commercial opportunity.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Who can join?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Students from grades 9 to 13 of the school are contacted for entrepreneurship circles, and students of lower classes can also participate if they are interested in this matter. Between 15 and 25 children are contacted for one circle.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Competitions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Drawing and Essay competitions will be held under the theme \u201cLet&#8217;s develop the country through industrial entrepreneurship\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
