The Industrial Development Board participated at the Food Africa 2023 which was held from 10^th to 12^th December in Cairo, Egypt. The exhibition has provided an excellent platform from various foreign visitors from nearby countries and exploring the new trends available in foreign market. Food Africa is an industry platform that brings together professionals and experts of the food and packaging industries. As a country, the samples of food & beverage sector such as coconut based products, spices, herbal products were displayed during this exhibition. Mr. M. K. Pathmanaathan. the H. E. Ambassador, the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Egypt and Mr. Kasun Balasooriya, Second Secretary-Commercial participated for this event.
