In a significant move to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and enhance their participation in global trade, the Industrial Development Board (IDB) has announced a strategic partnership with DHL. This collaboration aims to facilitate awareness on export procedures among MSMEs through an array of initiatives, including seminars, workshops, and the integration of advanced digital tools like DHL’s MyGTS webtool.
Mr. Rizly Zareem echoed this sentiment, highlighting DHL’s dedication to supporting small businesses. “Through this partnership, we aim to simplify the export journey for MSMEs. MyGTS will serve as a game-changer, enabling businesses to navigate the complexities of international trade with confidence and ease,” he remarked. Empowering MSMEs for Global SuccessThe IDB’s Entrepreneurship Development Division (EDD) will play a pivotal role in implementing this partnership by coordinating the training programs and ensuring the inclusion of diverse MSMEs across industries. Additionally, the IT Unit’s involvement will ensure seamless integration and utilization of the MyGTS platform.
