Procurement Notice – Purchase of Office Equipment

Chairman Procurement Committee, Industrial Development Board Invites Tenders from Manufacturers, Accredited Sole Agents for the Supply of Computers, Photocopy’s, Printers & Accessories.

Tender document should be prepared as per the particulars given in the bidding document made available to prospective bidders on working days between 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. during above dates from Supply Division, IDB Head Office, No 615, Galle Road, Katubedda, Moratuwa. This could be purchased on cash payment of non-refundable bid document fee of Rs.3,500/- (Bidders are advised to carefully read and understand the specifications and other conditions laid down in the tender document)
 
Sealed bids may be sent by courier or under registered post or be deposited in the Tender Box available for this purpose at Chairman’s Office, No 615, Galle Road, Katubedda, Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
Bids will be closed at the Board Room, IDB head office on 26/08/2025 at the time mentioned above and Bids will be opened immediately thereafter.

Bidders or their authorized representatives will be permitted to be presented at the time of opening of Bids.
