தொழில்துறை மேம்பாட்டு வாரியத்தின் சார்பாக துறைசார் கொள்முதல் குழுவின் தலைவர், நிகழ்வு மேலாண்மை சேவைக்கு தகுதியான மற்றும் தகுதியான ஏலதாரர்களிடமிருந்து சீல் செய்யப்பட்ட ஏலங்களை அழைக்கிறார்.

நடவடிக்கைகள்

1. கடந்த 3 வருட தொடர்புடைய அனுபவம்

1.1 கடந்த கால திட்டங்களின் பொருத்தம், நிறைவேற்றப்பட்ட பணிகள், செயல்பாடுகளின் நோக்கம் ஆகியவை இந்த அளவுகோல்களுக்கு மதிப்பீடு செய்யப்படுகின்றன.
1.2 கருத்தாக்கம், திட்டமிடல், வடிவமைப்பு, வழங்கல், நிறுவல், பராமரிப்பு, அகற்றுதல் மற்றும் நீக்குதல் ஆகியவற்றின் நோக்கத்துடன் தேசிய மற்றும் சர்வதேச நிகழ்வுகள்.
1.3 ஒவ்வொரு திட்டமும் குறைந்தபட்ச விலைப்பட்டியல் மதிப்பு குறைந்தது INR 10 மில்லியனாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
1.4 ஒவ்வொரு திட்டத்திலும் குறைந்தபட்சம் 50,000 சதுர அடியில் சாவடிகளை அமைப்பதில் அனுபவம் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
1.5 நீத்ய நெறிமுறை சான்றளிக்கப்பட்ட லியாவியலி கொண்ட வணிகத் திட்டங்கள் மட்டுமே பரிசீலிக்கப்படும்.

2. நிதி நம்பகத்தன்மை

2.1 தொடர்ந்து 15 ஆண்டுகளாக தணிக்கை செய்யப்பட்ட நிதி ஆவணங்கள்
2.2 கடந்த 3 ஆண்டுகளுக்கான வங்கி அறிக்கைகள்.
2.3 தொடர்புடைய நிகழ்வு வழங்கல் வசதிகளை வழங்குவது தொடர்பாக கிடைக்கும் இருப்பு இருப்பு. (தொழில்நுட்ப மதிப்பீட்டுக் குழுவால்) கிடங்கு வளாகத்தின் உடல் பரிசோதனை மூலம் சரக்கு உறுதி செய்யப்பட வேண்டும், சேமிப்பகத்தின் தரம் மற்றும் இருப்பு மற்றும் இருப்புக்கான சான்றுகள்)

3. மனித வள திறன்

3.1 கடந்த 5 ஆண்டுகளாக EPF மற்றும் ETF பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட ஊழியர்களின் பதிவுகள்.
3.2 பணியாளர்கள் ஒதுக்கீடு மற்றும் முழு நிறுவன படிநிலை.
3.3 திட்டத்திற்கான முன்னறிவிக்கப்பட்ட/திட்டமிடப்பட்ட பணியாளர் ஒதுக்கீடு.

4. நிகழ்வு உள்கட்டமைப்பை உருவாக்கும் திறன்

4.1 185,000 சதுர அடி வரை பெரிய ஐரோப்பிய உற்பத்தி கொட்டகைகளை வழங்குதல், நிறுவுதல், பராமரித்தல், அகற்றுதல் மற்றும் அகற்றும் திறன்.
4.2 கொள்முதல் மற்றும் ஏற்றுமதிக்கான ஆவணப்படுத்தப்பட்ட மற்றும் சான்றளிக்கப்பட்ட சான்றுகள்.
4.3 பெரிய கொட்டகை சட்டகம் மற்றும் கவர் துணி முழு விவரக்குறிப்பு.

5. கடந்த 3 ஆண்டுகளில் தரத்திற்கான உத்தரவாதமாக சர்வதேச விருதுகள் மற்றும் அங்கீகாரம்

6. முழு நிகழ்விற்கான மாடித் திட்டம்

7. ஒட்டுமொத்த நிகழ்வு முன்மொழிவின் பின்வரும் வகைகள் மற்ற அனைத்து கூறுகளிலும் கட்டாயமாகும்

7.1.           Safety and Hazard elimination plan
7.2.           Utility provision plan for basic amenities suitable for an International Exhibition.
7.3.           Cleaning and maintenance resource allocation plan.
7.4.           Traffic and vehicle management plan for the total event premises from installation till removal.
7.5.           Total event coordination communication plan for each element of the event.
7.6.           Total Security plan in alignment with standard President’s Security Division protocols.
7.7.           Weather-ready plan for all common weather scenarios that could possibly disrupt the event.
7.8.           Route Map plans: Visitors’ tour route, Installation and Removal vehicle routes, Stall holder loading and unloading route, Emergency exit routes, Fire truck, ambulance entry-exit routes, VIP entry-exit routes.
7.9.           Air-conditioning plan
7.10.  Total digital graphic content requirement plans for during the event (from conceptualization to execution with placement)
7.11.        Sponsor Benefit execution and allocation plan
7.12.        Total task delivery timeline graph from the day of bidding, to the day of final payment plan

8. Machinery, Equipment, storage and transportation capability to ensure the ability to actually implement the plans as proposed. Bidder must project validated proof for Machinery, Equipment, storage and transportation at their disposal for below expected capabilities;

8.1.           Manufacturing and repairing capability
8.2.           Maintenance capability
8.3.           Quality maintenance capability
8.4.           Loading and unloading capability
8.5.           Secure storing capability
8.6.           Smooth and timely delivery of total installation
8.7.           Transportation
8.8.           Other forecasted requirements for Machinery, Equipment, storage and transportation.

1. The Intended Service Period is within 90 days after receiving the Purchase order.

2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive bidding procedure (NCB)

3. Interest eligible bidders may obtain further information from Deputy Director (Procurement), Supply Division Industrial Development Board, 615, Galle road, Moratuwa. and inspect the Bidding document during office hours (9.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.) on working days commencing from 29.03.2024 to 18.04.2024 at Industrial Development Board on the above address. 4. A completed set of Bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders on submission of a written application to the Assistant Director (Procurement), and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.30,000.00 + SSCL 2.5% + VAT 18% effective from 28.03.2024 to 18.04.2024 between 9.30 A.M. TO 3.00 P.M. During office hours on working days from Industrial Development Board, 615, Galle road, Moratuwa. The method of payment will be by cash.

5. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 09.04.2024 at 10.00 a.m. in Auditorium of Industrial Development Board at the above address.

6. Bids must be sent to The Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Industrial Development Board, 615, Galle road, Moratuwa. under registered post or deposited in the Tender Box available at Supply Division, Industrial Development Board, 615, Galle road, Moratuwa on or before 10.00 a.m. on 22.04.2024. Please indicate “Event Management Services – 2024” on the top Left-hand Corner of the Sealed Envelope.

7. Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission of bids, in the presence of Bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend in person at the address stated above.
